1) Demarcus Lawrence was monsterous! He came to play and earn a new contract.

2) Jaylon Smith played solid for his first outing. Had a couple of nice stops

3) Giants  coverage on Dez was tight; opened the opportunity for Terrence Williams and he took advantage

4) Dak’s accuracy was off at the beginning of the game; inaccuracy cost us a couple TDs. However, he pulled it together and got the victory

5) I don’t like settle for field goals; need to do a better job punching into the end zone when we get in the red zone !

Well, the first game is over and I have a couple of quick thoughts to share. First, the defense was really good the D line played exceptional I thought. Jaylon Smith was flying around, making tackles and doing what he was drafted to do for our defense. I do admit his reckless abandon makes me nervous, but he gotta play how he plays..Great game for Jaylon. The secondary looked okay but hey OB wasn’t suited up and that makes a difference, however with that said the looked better than I expected except for that one long drive, but even that one only netted the Giants a field goal..Great great job D….offense..I don’t need to praise Witten but he is a beast doing what he always does and has done…Congrats on passing the milestone tonight Jason. Elliot, again being Elliot and I expect he will play even better against Denver because he really didn’t get many reps in Training camp and I think he will play even better next week, solid though tonight…Dak, and Offensive line…I gotta say neither played up to my expectations, Smith needs to quit racking up penalties and Dak didn’t look like his usual self throwing the ball, but then he did play pretty well no real complaints but hopefully he will get more accurate and I think he missed a few open targets tonight…improve the field vision, and accuracy and he will be fine…Overall, It was a good game by the boys, there’s obviously work that needs to be done but hey, its week one and we got a divisional win to start the season…Great Game Boys…Maybe you can disagree on my thoughts, that’s cool its just my opinion based on the first game…lots to look forward too..!!

Season Prediction 12-4.  It is impossible to predict the success or injuries in these teams. Just my own prediction. Comment with your own! Can’t wait for the SNF! Go Cowboys!

With the cutdowns kellen moore was released and I let out a sigh of relief because I have been asking for his release since Romo started having all those injuries year after year. Every cowboy fans, all the players, all the executives and I could tell from a country mile that Kellen Moore wasn’t cutout to be on this team. Despite working out with the 2nd team in practice and even the first team during Romo injuries he somehow never grasped how to be a good Cowboys quarterback. I criticize him because he watched Romo start game after game and he had more than enough time to study the playbook but somehow he never could show up when it counted. So now that he has been cut I know for a fact that the Cowboys are a better team but somewhere in Jerry Jones heart he loves this guy and will continue to pay him to be worthless when it matters(on the field). Rumors are he will be signed back on Tuesday due to Rico being put on IR.

Welp that only took 2 games. When listing to Hating Ass Bryan Broaddus, David Helman, Mickey, Rob Phillips and Taylor Stern goes terribly wrong. Truth is they was telling lies about Rico because they insecure is Hell And think Rico is going to do what Dak did to Romo. But that’s not going to happen because the cowboys don’t want Rico to start over Witten they want him to work with Witten. And it only took 2 games for the truth to come to the light DAAAAAAAAAAM!!
